陈煃
生平
陈煃是万历元年（1573年）举人[2]，十七年（1589年）成进士，获授安平知县，不久调任宝应，在漕渠工程完成后与民休息，每天征召县内子弟前来听他讲课，尤其推崇道义。很快朝廷任命陈煃为南京四川道御史，劝谏万历帝不要把淹没泗州祖陵的洪水泄洪至淮河，殃及下流各县；又上疏反对矿税，核查南京虚耗费用，每年节省过万，其后因年老请求退休。儿子陈至谧是县内廪生，明朝灭亡后不再出仕[1]。
