生平
万历十六年（1588年）戊子科第四名经魁，十七年（1589年）联捷己丑科进士。授刑部四川司主事，寻擢员外，升郎中，出为平乐府知府。丁母高恭人艰，服除，补知赣州府，调庆远府，擢两浙都转运使。四十年以年老罢归。卒年七十九，崇祯四年（1631年）学使者何公奏请崇祀乡贤[1]。
