邓宗荩
邓宗荩 ，字荩臣，福建延平府南平县人，明朝政治人物、赐特用进士出身。
崇祯三年由府学儒士中举人，十五年赐进士，官紫阳知县[1]，隆武时官至礼部主客员外郎[2]。
