吴炆袆（17世纪—1646年），字留耕，浙江湖州府乌程县人[1]，明朝、南明政治人物。
吴炆袆是崇祯年间的贡生[2]，十三年（1640年）获赐特用出身，授兵部职方司主事，处理军政不畏强权，上书谈及兵事都称旨；升任员外郎，擒拿流寇李青山等人，外任邵武知府时洁己爱民，旱灾期间步行祷告和捐款赈灾，又剿灭七台山的山贼。隆武年间获推举卓异，福建闻警时哭着誓师守城，却因为与推官朱健有龃龉，对方用谣言攻击他，被逮捕入狱而死，当地人在其死讯传出后罢市，家中没有财产留下[1][3][4]。
