袁生芝（17世纪—1646年），北直隶顺天府良乡县人[1]，明朝、南明、清朝政治人物。
袁生芝是崇祯九年（1636年）顺天乡试举人，崇祯十三年（1640年）年获赐特用出身，授长子知县[2]，入清后在顺治二年（1645年）升任陕西按察司商洛道佥事[3]，三年（1646年）山寇贺遥期攻打商州，他竭力和总兵金某防守，敌军宣言只要抓获金总兵就会解围，城中人民感到惶惑，他就聚集士民晓以大义，但一个月后商州失陷，他自缢而死，金某也战死，一门被害者三十二人[1][4]，朝廷得知后追赠光禄寺卿[5]。
