红山翼龙属（属名：Hongshanopterus，意为“红山之翼”）是翼龙目翼手龙亚目的一属，化石发现于中国辽宁省九佛堂组，年代为白垩纪早期。
正模标本（编号IVPP V14582）是一个颅骨与颈椎。牙齿有三角形齿冠，两侧平坦，类似于帆翼龙科。因为红山翼龙的嘴巴前1/3段以后仍有牙齿、某些牙齿朝向后方，科学家认为红山翼龙比帆翼龙科原始。模式种是湖泊红山翼龙（H. lacustris）。[1]
