海豚总科（学名：Delphinoidea）或称 海豚超科，齿鲸的主要演化支，是种类和数量最多，且分布最广的一个鲸类总科。其下现存三科：海豚科、鼠海豚科及独角鲸科[2]，目前发现此三科最早的化石纪录，来自 1100 万年前的中新世晚期岩层。遗传学研究显示鼠海豚科与独角鲸科的亲缘关系较近，二者构成的分支为海豚科的姊妹群[3][4]。
