巨海豚（学名：Macrodelphinus）为已经灭绝的齿鲸，发现于渐新世晚期（恰特期）的美国加利福尼亚州的海洋沉积层。目前对巨海豚的研究来自于晚渐新世时期美国南加利福尼亚州克恩县朱威特砂质地层组出土的一具破碎颅骨[1]。
生态学
巨海豚为体型大小类似于现存虎鲸的齿鲸，与剑吻古豚为近亲，同样具有类似剑旗鱼的剑状上吻。根据其体型与牙齿大小来判断，巨海豚可能为当时的顶级掠食者。
