生平
天启元年（1621年）辛酉科山东乡试举人，天启二年（1622年）联捷壬戌科进士。初授南京太常寺博士，擢兵部武选司主事[1]，晋郎中，崇祯八年（1635年）官至绍兴府知府[2][3]。
家族
子杜李，娶才女纪映淮。杜李抗清被戮，纪映淮守寡以终，著有《真冷堂词》。
