生平
天启二年（1622年）壬戌科进士。天启四年（1629年）任直隶成安县知县，调濬县[1]。升户部郎中，出为河间府知府，升山西阳和兵备佥事，再陞参议，分守朔州。崇祯十七年（1644年）李自成破朔州，亓之伟拒降被杀[2]。
