少尉(天龙座κ)也称紫微右垣二,是一颗位于天龙座蓝巨星,他的固有名称是Ketu,意思是龙尾,但却很少被使用。在吠陀(古印度的星占学)的月球周期中是月球最南的结点。

在城市灯光下,视星等3.88等的天龙座κ星几乎无法用裸眼直接看见,但无论如何,他还是一颗很有分量的恒星,质量大约是太阳的5倍,真实的亮度是1,400倍,只因为距离地球490光年远而只是勉强可见并显得昏暗。

天龙座κ星目前可能正进入红巨星的阶段,在核心 的供应正在枯竭。在未来的数千年中,这颗星将开始膨胀,从地球看会变得更为明亮,但因表面温度更低而更偏红。

现在这颗星的位置在赤纬+69°47'18",赤经12h33m29.0s(历元J2000.0),但因岁差变化,约公元前1,793年至公元前1,000年之间,他是肉眼能见的最靠近北极的恒星。不过因为他的光度过于黯淡,当时的北极星头衔被星(小熊座β)所取代。
