天龙座CMCM Draconis,或 GJ 630.1A)是一组距离地球约47光年的食双星[1],在天球上位于天龙座。该系统的两颗恒星是几乎相同的红矮星,两者互绕周期是1.27日,距离270万公里[2]。这两颗星还和 KOI 126组成三合星系统,而后者是系统中质量最低、半径最小的;因此这个恒星系统在极低质量恒星结构模型的研究上扮演重要角色[3]。这些比较发现模型预测的恒星半径比实际状况低约5%,这是因为恒星的磁场强烈活动的结果。根据变星总表,至少一颗成员星是耀星,另外至少有一颗天龙座BY型变星[4]。一颗白矮星 GJ 630.1B 在天球上距离该系统25.7角秒,并且和天龙座CM有相同的自行,因此被认为是系统的成员星[5]。基于该恒星系距离地球约47光年[6],因此天龙座CM和 GJ 630.1B 距离至少370天文单位。

可能的行星系统

天龙座CM在1994到1999年间是以凌日法寻找联星系统中系外行星的计划其中一个目标。而该计划最后所有的凌日系外行星候选者都被认为不存在[7][8]

基于系统中凌星的时间变化,科学家提出有一颗环联星运转行星环绕两颗红矮星。2000年时有科学家提出一颗类木行星以750到1050日的周期环绕该恒星系统[9]。最近的凌星量测结果则提出可能有一颗质量接近木星的行星以18.5年周期环绕恒星系统,而非距离更远,质量更高的天体。白矮星伴星造成的变化是不一致的,并且目前没有周期750到1050日之间的行星被发现,而且被认为不可能存在[5]
