二障，佛教术语，指的是烦恼障及所知障[1][2]。

  • 烦恼障：字面意思是因为烦恼而造成的障碍，指对自我身心现象无法如实了知其为无常、苦、空、无我的无明，引发对于三界种种法的执著贪爱，故而生生世世在三界六道之中不断的生死流转轮回，无法解脱，不能证阿罗汉果，不能入无余涅槃。
  • 所知障：字面意思是所知不足、智解被遮蔽造成的障碍，也是无法成就佛陀一切知的障碍。这个障碍可理解为二乘觉者的业之习气，说一切有部又称为“不染污无知”。

刘宇光批评把读书人研究学问拿来解释所知障，这种“所知即障”的解释理路，是一种跳脱传统佛教教义的自由发挥[3]。
