ମହାଧମନୀ ସ୍ଥାନାନ୍ତରଣ (ଇଂରାଜୀରେ Transposition of the great arteries/ TGA ) ଏକ ଜନ୍ମଗତ ହୃତ୍‌ପିଣ୍ଡ ସମ୍ପର୍କୀୟ ତୃଟି ଯେଉଁଥିରେ ଆଓର୍ଟା ବା ମହାଧମନୀ ଏବଂ ଫୁସଫୁସ ଧମନୀଦ୍ୱୟର ସ୍ଥାନାନ୍ତର ହୋଇଥାଏ | ^[୩] ଏହାର ଦୁଇଟି ମୁଖ୍ୟ ପ୍ରକାର ଥାଏ ଯଥା:- ଡେକ୍ସଟ୍ରୋ-ଟିଜିଏ ଏବଂ ଲେଭୋ-ଟଜିଏ ।^[୩] ଡେକ୍ସଟ୍ରୋ-ଟିଜିଏ ରୋଗରେ ସାଧାରଣତଃ ଚର୍ମ ନୀଳ ଦେଖାଯାଏ, ଦୃତ ଶ୍ୱାସକ୍ରିୟା ହୁଏ ଓ ଜୀବନର ପ୍ରଥମ ମାସରେ ହୃତ୍‌ପିଣ୍ଡର ମରମର ଧ୍ୱନୀ ଶୁଣାଯାଏ ।^{[୨] [୩]}ଲେଭୋ-ଟଜିଏରେ ଜୀବନର ଶେଷ ଭାଗ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଲକ୍ଷଣ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଲକ୍ଷଣ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ନହୋଇ ଶେଷରେ ହୃଦ୍‌ପାତ ହୋଇପାରେ | ^[୨]

ଏହାର କାରଣ ସାଧାରଣତଃ ପଡ଼ିନାହିଁ | ^[୩] ବୟସ୍କ ମାତା, ଜେନେଟିକ୍ସ, ମାତୃ ମଧୁମେହ, ମଦ୍ୟପାନ, ଧୂମପାନ ଏବଂ ଗର୍ଭାବସ୍ଥାରେ ରୁବେଲା ରୋଗ ଇତ୍ୟାଦି ଏହାର ବିପଦ କାରକ ଅଟନ୍ତି ।^[୪] ଭେଣ୍ଟ୍ରିକୁଲାର ସେପ୍ଟାଲ୍ ତ୍ରୁଟି, ଆଟ୍ରିଆଲ୍ ସେପ୍ଟାଲ୍ ତ୍ରୁଟି କିମ୍ବା ଫୁସଫୁସ ସ୍ଟେନୋସିସ ଭଳି ଅନ୍ୟ ହୃଦୟର ତ୍ରୁଟି ସହିତ ଜଡ଼ିତ ହୋଇଥାଏ ।^{[୩] [୫]} ଅଲଟ୍ରାସାଉଣ୍ଡ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଜନ୍ମ ପୂର୍ବରୁ କିମ୍ବା ପରେ ରୋଗ ନିର୍ଣ୍ଣୟ ହୋଇପାରେ | ^[୩]

ଡେକ୍ସଟ୍ରୋ-ଟିଜିଏ ଥିଲେ ସାଧାରଣତଃ ଜୀବନର ପ୍ରଥମ ମାସରେ ଅସ୍ତ୍ରୋପଚାର କରାଯାଏ | ^[୩] ଅସ୍ତ୍ରୋପଚାର କରିବା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଅମ୍ଳଜାନ ଚିକିତ୍ସା, ପ୍ରୋଷ୍ଟାଗ୍ଲାଡିନ ଇ୧, କିମ୍ବା ବେଲୁନ ଆଟ୍ରିଆଲ ସେପ୍ଟୋଷ୍ଟୋମି ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ଶିଶୁର ଅବସ୍ଥା ସ୍ଥିର ରଖିବା ପାଇଁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରାଯାଏ | ^[୨] ଜୀବନର ପରବର୍ତ୍ତୀ କାଳରେ କେତେକ ରୋଗୀଙ୍କର ହୃତ୍‌ପିଣ୍ଡ ପ୍ରତିରୋପଣ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ହୁଏ | ^[୬] ଡେକ୍ସଟ୍ରୋ-ଟିଜିଏ ରୋଗରେ ଅସ୍ତ୍ରୋପଚାର କଲେ ଫଳାଫଳଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଆପେକ୍ଷାକୃତ ଭଲ ହୁଏ ଓ ବଞ୍ଚିବାର ହାର ୯୦%ରୁ ଅଧିକ ହୁଏ | ^[୨]

୩,୪୦୦ ନବଜାତ ଶିଶୁଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଜଣକର ଡେକ୍ସଟ୍ରୋ-ଟିଜିଏ ରୋଗ ଥିବା ଦେଖାଯାଏ ।^[୩] ସ୍ୟାନୋସିସ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରୁଥିବା ରୋଗମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଟେଟ୍ରୋଲୋଜି ଅଫ ଫ୍ୟାଲଟ ପରେ ହୃତ୍‌ପିଣ୍ଡ ଜନ୍ମ ତ୍ରୁଟି ସମ୍ପର୍କୀୟ ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ହୃତ୍‌ପିଣ୍ଡ ରୋଗ ହୋଇଥାଏ ।^[୭] ଲେଭୋ- ଟିଜିଏ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ଡେକ୍ସଟ୍ରା-ଟିଜିଏ ଅଧିକ ସାଧାରଣ ସାଧାରଣ ରୋଗ ଅଟେ | ^[୩] ଟିଜିଏ ରୋଗ ପ୍ରଥମେ ୧୭୯୭ ମସିହାରେ ମାଥ୍ୟୁ ବେଲିଙ୍କଦ୍ୱାରା ବର୍ଣ୍ଣନା କରାଯାଇଥିଲା | ^[୮]
