장비목(長鼻目, 학명: Proboscidea)은 포유류의 한 분류로, 자유로이 움직이는 긴 코를 가지고 있는 것이 특징이다. 앞뒷다리는 거대한 체중을 받치고 있기 때문에 튼튼하고 원통상을 하고 있다. 5개의 발가락에는 발톱이 발달되어 있다. 긴 코는 입술과 코의 끝이 늘어난 것이다. 위의 앞니는 뿌리가 없이 길게 자라 상아를 이루는데, 끝은 에나멜질로 덮여 있다. 현재 코끼리과에 속하는 세 종만이 속한다. 아프리카코끼리·인도코끼리의 2종이 알려져 있으며 화석으로 매머드가 있다. 플라이스토세 말에는 매머드나 마스토돈 등 여러 속과 종이 번성했었지만, 지금은 멸종되고 없다.
