듀공과(Dugongidae)는 바다소목에 속하는 포유류과의 일종이다.[1] 현존하는 종으로는 듀공(Dugong dugon)이 유일하며, 가장 최근에 멸종한 종으로 스텔러바다소(Hydrodamalis gigas)가 있으며, 화석 기록을 통해 다수의 멸종된 속들이 알려져 있다.
