Tomas R. Lindahl (lahir 28 Januari 1938) adalah seorang ahli dan peneliti di bidang kanker, warga negara Swedia yang mendapat hadiah Nobel untuk bidang kimia tahun 2015 bersama Paul L. Modrich dan Aziz Sancar untuk hasil penemuan mereka berkaitan dengan metode perbaikan DNA secara mekanistik.
