Aziz Sancar (baca: "san-jar", lahir 8 September 1946) adalah seorang pakar biologi molekuler dan profesor di University of North Carolina yang berkewarganegaraan Turki dan Amerika Serikat asal suku bangsa Turki.[1][2] Ia mendapat Penghargaan Nobel untuk bidang kimia tahun 2015 atas hasil karyanya yang berkaitan dengan penjelasan metode perbaikan DNA (DNA repair) secara mekanistik. Ia berbagi penghargaan ini dengan dua orang lainnya, Tomas Lindahl dan Paul L. Modrich.
