Sir Gregory P. Winter (lahir 14 April 1951) adalah seorang ahli biokimia dan profesor di University of Cambridge berkewarganegaraan Inggris. Ia mendapat Penghargaan Nobel untuk bidang kimia tahun 2018 bersama George P. Smith dan Frances H. Arnold atas hasil karya mereka dalam bidang evolusi enzym dan tampilan fag dari antibodi.

Gregory Winter dikenal dengan penemuan teknik pemanusiaan protein non-manusia (1986) dan untuk penerapan tampilan fage kepada manusia. Ia memanfaatkan metodenya untuk menciptakan antibodi, berupa protein pembasmi penyakit di dalam darah.[5] Tampilan Fage model Gregory adalah sebuah penerapan antibodi non-manusia untuk penggunaan terapeutik.[6]
