Leon N. Cooper (s. 28. tammikuuta 1930)[1] on yhdysvaltalainen fyysikko. Hän sai vuoden 1972 Nobelin fysiikanpalkinnon yhdessä John Bardeenin ja Robert Schriefferin kanssa suprajohtavuuden perusteoriasta, jota kutsutaan heidän mukaansa BCS-teoriaksi.[2]
Cooper on professorina Brownin yliopistossa Rhode Islandin Providencessä, Yhdysvalloissa.[3] Hän on työskennellyt myös CERNissä.
