RTS,S/AS01 (商业名称为Mosquirix)是一种基于重组蛋白的疟疾疫苗。 它是唯一获得批准并广泛使用的疟疾疫苗。截至2022年4月[update]，该疫苗已为生活在中度至高度疟疾传播地区的100万名儿童接种，随着疫苗生产的扩大，还将提供数百万剂[3][4]。2岁前的婴儿至少需接种三剂，第四剂可将保护再延长1至2年[3]。该疫苗使严重疟疾住院的人数减少了约30%[3]。
