NGC 4845，或称为NGC 4910，是一个距离地球约4700万光年的螺旋星系，在天球上位于室女座。该星系由威廉·赫歇尔发现于1786年[4]。
NGC 4845的中心有个质量为300,000的超大质量黑洞。2013年，欧洲太空总署的国际伽玛射线天体物理实验室（INTEGRAL）观测到了该黑洞可能正在吞噬周围可能是棕矮星等低质量天体时发射出的X射线闪焰[5][6][7]。
