IC 289是在仙后座的一个行星状星云[3]。它它靠近10等的恒星BD +60° 0631，是路易斯·斯威夫特（英语：Lewis Swift）在1888年9月初发现的。马丁（英语：N.J. Martin）将IC 289描述为"一颗漂亮的行星状星云，像颗黯淡圆形行星。均匀的椭圆形圆盘显示出的亮度有一些不规则性，但在边缘处没有明显变亮。" [来源请求]
行星状星云的中心恒星是一颗O型星，光谱类型为O(H)[4]。
