鳞骨[1]（英语：squamosal bone），或称鳞状骨，是一个头颅骨骼，在大多数爬行动物，两栖动物和鸟类中均存在。在鱼类中，它也被称为翼耳骨或翼听骨（英语：pterotic bone）[2]。
在大多数四足动物中，鳞骨和方轭骨组成头颅的脸颊部分[3]。骨头是皮膜骨的原始组成，与其他颅骨相比通常较薄[4]。
鳞骨位于颞颥孔和耳凹口的腹侧，前与眶后骨相接，后与方骨和翼状骨相连[5]。
