香港检测和认证局（英语：Hong Kong Council for Testing and Certification，缩写：HKCTC）由政府于 2009年9月17日成立，属于非法定咨询组织，负责就检测和认证业的整体发展策略向香港行政长官提供意见。该局采取以市场为主导的方式，推动检测和认证业的发展，协助业界拓展新商机及提高专业水平。
香港检测和认证局的成员包括检测认证业界从业员、商界、专业团体、相关公营机构以及政府部门的代表，现任主席为黄永德教授。[7] （页面存档备份，存于互联网档案馆） 秘书处支援由创新科技署提供。
工作
