司法人员薪俸及服务条件常务委员会（简称司法人员薪常会；英文：Standing Committee on Judicial Salaries and Conditions of Service，缩写：JSCS）是香港政府专门负责处理司法人员待遇的公营机构，于1987年成立，负责就香港司法人员的薪酬、服务条件及薪俸结构的原则和措施，向香港行政长官提出建议。委员会与另外三个委员会的共同行政支援部门为公务及司法人员薪俸及服务条件咨询委员会联合秘书处。
历史
2009年12月18日，香港行政长官曾荫权再度委任郑维志为司法人员薪俸及服务条件常务委员会主席，任期一年，由2010年1月1日起生效；再度委任梁冰濂为委员，委任陈智思、周松岗和黄嘉纯为委员，任期两年，由2010年1月1日起生效[1]。
2012年7月4日，司法人员薪俸及服务条件常务委员会向香港政府建议，法官及司法人员于该年度加薪5.66%，当中考虑到及平衡行政长官会同行政会议于2008年5月通过的一篮子因素（包括香港经济及香港政府的财政状况、私营机构的薪酬水平及趋势、以香港公营机构薪酬参考、法官与私人执业律师在职责、工作条件及工作量方面的比较等12项。）、司法独立原则及司法机构立场等。9月19日，行政长官会同行政会议接纳司法人员薪俸及服务条件常务委员会的建议，升调为近4年最高，调整将会追溯至同年4月1日起生效[2]。
2012年12月10日，香港行政长官梁振英再度委任陈智思出任司法人员薪俸及服务条件常务委员会主席，再度委任陈玉树、李民斌和刘麦嘉轩为委员；任期两年，由2013年1月1日起生效[3][4][5]。
