精神健康复核审裁处（英语：Mental Health Review Tribunal）是根据香港法例第136章《精神健康条例》第59A条成立，负责审视由被强制羁留在精神病院或强制接受监护的病人所提出的申请，以及决定该等病人是否可根据该条例而获释。
