穆深（？—？），字纯甫，号桂阳，山东历城人，明朝政治人物。
生平
万历十六年（1588年）戊子科山东乡试举人。万历二十年（1592年），登壬辰科第二甲第二十六名进士，二十一年授工部虞衡司主事，二十二年改礼部仪制司主事，再改吏部，仕至稽勋司员外[1][2]。二十五年丁父忧归。
