李作舟（1566年—？年），字三溪、二溟，四川重庆府合州人，明朝政治人物。
万历二十年（1592年）壬辰科第二甲第二十五名进士。整饬西宁兵备，抚治番夷陕西按察司副使。曾编撰《庄浪汇纪》[2]。
曾祖李茂绮，祖李进，父李有知[3]。
