波斯尼亚和黑塞哥维那饮食
波斯尼亚和黑塞哥维那地处西洋和东方之间，饮食文化也同时受到两者的影响。波赫饮食主要受到土耳其饮食、中东饮食和其他地中海饮食的影响。不过由于曾受到奥地利的统治，波赫饮食同样也受到中欧饮食文化的影响[1]。
