毕自寅（1579年—?），字畏甫，号旭阳。山东淄川县淄西万家庄人。明末政治人物。
万历七年（1579年）生，有兄弟八人，自寅居第六。其四兄毕自严官户部尚书，八弟毕自肃为都察院右佥都御使兼抚宁。自寅幼天资过人，十三岁中秀才。万历四十三年（1615年）中式乙卯科山东乡试举人。仕至南京户部广东司主事。因在吴桥任上有过失职行为而被追论罢官。[1]崇祯五年（1632年）改调宛平县。
- ^ 乾隆四十一年（1776）《淄川县志》卷五“选举志”：“毕自寅，字畏甫，号旭阳，同乙卯科，授吴桥知县，明征收裁驿传节省七千余金，代完前任欠解，升南兵马司南户部广东司主事，筦监课积弊以清。先是调登兵赴辽左，不欲往。及吴桥噪而南至，是追论，罢公归，弗辩也。”孔有德在给皇太极请降的信中称：“前奉部调西援，钱粮缺乏，兼沿途闭门罢市，日不得食，夜不得宿，忍气吞声，行至吴桥，又因恶官把持，以致众兵奋激起义。”（萧一山，《清代通史》，页 144-145。）
