彭氏宗祠位于重庆市云阳县凤鸣镇。现属重庆市，文物遗址年代判定为清。1996年9月16日公布为四川省第四批省级文物保护单位[1]。2000年9月7日列为第一批重庆市文物保护单位[2]。2013年3月5日列为第七批全国重点文物保护单位[3]。
