国民参政会旧址位于重庆市市中区中华路174号，文物遗址年代为1938-1946年，1992年3月19日列为重庆市第二批市级文物保护单位[1]。2000年9月7日列为第一批重庆市文物保护单位[2]。2013年3月5日公布为第七批全国重点文物保护单位[3]。
