国民政府军事委员会政治部旧址（张治中旧居）位于重庆市沙坪坝区土主镇三圣宫村，文物年代为1938～1945年。2009年12月15日列为第二批重庆市文物保护单位[1]。2013年3月5日公布为第七批全国重点文物保护单位[2]。
