缅彝语群（Lolo-Burmese），又称彝缅语群，是汉藏语系的一个支系，分布在云南、四川、贵州、广西、缅甸、泰国、老挝、越南等地，使用人口达4400万人，是藏缅语族使用人数最多的支系。
缅彝分支
[编辑]可以分成缅和彝两个分支：
Bradley（2007）认为贡语(Ugong language)是缅彝语群的一个独立分支。
纳西语的地位尚不明确。

[编辑]向柏霖 & Alexis Michaud (2011)[1]:468–498论证了可能存在的羌缅语群，包含纳西-羌语支和缅彝语群。相似地，大卫·布拉德利 (2008)[2]也假设了一个东藏缅语支，包含缅彝语群和羌语支。
语音系统
[编辑]缅彝语群多数语言元音有松紧对立，而且和声调有一定制约关系。
