宗座宪令
宗座宪令（拉丁语：constitutio apostolica），又称宗座宪章、宗座制诰，是天主教会领袖教宗发出最高级的诏书。宪令一词在拉丁文称为“constitutio”，原来指罗马皇帝颁布的一切重要法律，基于教会法源于罗马法，因而袭用之。
性质上，宗座宪令是公共文件。一般用于教会重大事件，例如颁布法律或者特别的训导。另有教义宪令、牧民宪令等特殊标题。宗座宪令基于其庄重、公共的性质，以教宗诏书的形式发出。地位次于宗座宪令的文件称为通谕。
