天鹅座Q(Q Cyg),是位于天鹅座的一颗恒星。它也被称为“1876年天鹅座新星”、“NGC 7114”和“HR 8296”。天鹅座新星位于天鹅座西北部,与蝎虎座接壤。

天鹅座Q是有记录以来最早的新星之一[6],它是天文学家约翰·弗里德里希·尤利乌斯·施密特于1876年11月24日发现的[9]。这颗恒星经历了一次新星爆发,星等变亮至约3等,并在四天内保持同样的亮度[6]

该系统被称为激变变星[3],由一颗白矮星和另一颗每10小时绕主星一周的恒星组成。白矮星被一个吸积盘包围,它比它所环绕的恒星亮得多。估计该系统的距离太阳为740±11秒差距[5]。估计,这颗伴星的质量约为太阳的0.6倍,是一颗光谱类型为K5的橙矮星[3]。伴星也被称为供体恒星,通过其吸积盘为白矮星提供质量.[3]

报导在这颗新星周围有一个小的星云盘,这导致它被列入NGC天体表,可能是一个行星状星云。在现代观测中没有可见的星云修订的新总目录将其列为不存在天体[10]
