发展事务国务大臣（英语：Minister of State for Development）原称国际发展国务大臣（Minister of State for International Development），前身为已被裁撤的国际发展大臣，列席英国内阁、隶属外交、联邦和发展事务部。
现任发展事务国务大臣为安妮莉丝·多兹，自2024年7月6日就任至今。
职责
国际发展国务大臣负责的范畴包括：
沿革
1964年，哈罗德·威尔逊开设了“海外发展部”（Ministry of Overseas Development），结合了“技术合作部”（Department of Technical Cooperation）以及外交及联邦事务部、殖民地部等部门的发展援助功能。1970年大选保守党上台，海外发展部被并入外交及联邦事务部。保守党于大选下野后，哈罗德·威尔逊重新将部门从外交部分开，但又将部门职务转让给予外交及联邦事务大臣。
1997年托尼·布莱尔上任首相，再次将部门独立运作，是为“国际发展部”，由国际发展大臣带领。直至2020年6月，首相鲍里斯·约翰逊宣布外交、联邦和发展事务部会兼并国际发展部[2][3]，以配合其“全球化英国”（Global Britain）蓝图[4]，同年9月完成合并。
末任国际发展大臣是国会议员安妮-玛丽·特里维廉，自第二任约翰逊政府的首次内阁改组起上任，同年9月卸任。
2022年9月6日，新上任的首相莉兹·特拉斯增设列席内阁会议的国际发展国务大臣，由维琪·福特担任该职。
2023年，由于时任外相戴维·卡梅伦男爵并非国会议员，当时的发展及非洲事务国务大臣安德鲁·米切尔被赋予副外交、联邦和发展事务大臣的职衔，在下议院会议中代戴维·卡梅伦及外交、联邦和发展事务部发言及接受议员质询[5]。
