简介
可乐的主要口味包括香草、肉桂、柠檬香味等由天然香料配制出来的味道。名称来自可乐早期的材料可乐果（kola nut）。最知名的可乐品牌包括可口可乐和百事可乐。可乐最初由美国药师约翰·彭伯顿在1886年发明[1]，本来是药水稀释而得到的保健饮品。
健康
2007年的研究结果发现，饮用可乐后，其中的天然和人工甜味剂都会导致慢性肾脏疾病风险增高，可能与可乐中所使用的磷酸有关[2]。此外，研究发现，苏打和甜饮料是美国饮食中的主要热量来源[3]。因此大多数营养学家表示，过度饮用可乐和其他软性饮料可能对身体有害。且经研究表示，普遍软性饮料的饮用者，身体中的钙、镁、抗坏血酸、核黄素以及维生素A的含量都较低[4]。
