单一主神论（英语：Henotheism），源自希腊语的“'ἑνας θεός”（henas theos，意为“单一神”），也称单一神教[1]、尊一神论[2]、单一神论[3]、或单一多神论[4]，是指对某单一神的崇拜，且此种崇拜无须否定其他任何神的存在[5][6]。哲学家弗里德里希·谢林首先提出了这一概念，而后弗里德里希·威尔克使用了该词以描述古代希腊人的原始一神论[7]。
德国语文学家、东方学家马克斯·缪勒在其对印度诸教的研究中进一步拓宽了“Henotheism”一词的含义[8][9]，例如印度教中的经文提及并赞颂了数个神明、并将其全部比拟为一个单一且终极的神圣本体[6]。缪勒将单一主神论的概念应用于其对西方神学与宗教例外论（与东方宗教相较而言）的批评，指出某种文化上的教义可以令一神论在本质上确立明确定义的同时又与不同类型之神的概念相比有着与生俱来的优越性。
