Kalikrein 13 (EC 3.4.21.119, KLK13, kalikrein mK13, mGK-13, mK13, mKLK13, prorenin konvertujući enzim 1, PRECE-1, prorenin-konvertujući enzim, PRECE, proteinaza P) je enzim.[1][2][3][4] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju
- Hidroliza mišjeg Ren2 proteina (vrste prorenina prisutnog u submandibularnoj žlezdi) na karboksi strani argininskog ostatka u Lys-Arg- paru u N-terminusu, čime se formira maturisani renin
Ovaj enzim je specifičan za prorenin iz mišje submandibularne žlezde, dok prorenin iz mišjeg bugrega i ljudski prorenin nisu supstrati.
