Nicolas Trigault
Nicolas Trigault (1577–1628) adalah seorang Yesuit Flemish, dan seorang misionaris di China. Ia juga dikenal dengan nama latin-nya yakni Trigautius atau Trigaultius, dan nama Mandarin-nya Jin Nige (Hanzi sederhana: 金尼阁; Hanzi tradisional: 金尼閣; Pinyin: Jīn Nígé).
Kehidupan dan karya
[sunting | sunting sumber]Lahir di Douai (waktu itu bagian dari Belanda Spanyol, sekarang bagian dari Prancis), ia menjadi seorang Yesuit pada 1594. Trigault meninggalkan Eropa untuk melaksanakan karya misionaris di Asia sekitar 1610
