מלון ריוגיונג הוא בית מלון בלתי גמור הנמצא בפיונגיאנג, בירת קוריאה הצפונית. המבנה הוא גורד שחקים בגובה 300 מטר שבנייתו נפסקה בעבר. כיום, הושלמה בניית המלון, אך נכון לשנת 2019, הוא עודנו סגור. הבניין תוכנן להיות בית המלון הגבוה בעולם – עם 105 קומות. בנייתו החלה בשנת 1987, נפסקה ב-1992 וחודשה בשנת 2008. המבנה עשוי כולו בטון מזוין וצורתו היא דמוית פירמידה המזדקרת באופן בולט וחסר מתחרים בקו הרקיע של העיר. קשיים במימון המיזם השאפתני עיכבו את הבנייה עד לכדי עצירתה ב-1992 והמלון הפך ל"פיל לבן", ככל הנראה הגדול ביותר בעולם. הממשל ניסה במשך תקופה ארוכה לגייס כספים לחידוש הבנייה ולהשלמת הבניין. המבנה הבלתי גמור נחשב מסוכן מאוד ולכן נאסר השימוש גם בחלקים ממנו. במקביל, על אף היותו המבנה הבולט ביותר בפיונגיאנג, נעשים ניסיונות להצניעו על ידי הסרתו ממפות רשמיות של העיר ומניפולציות גרפיות שלו בתמונות רשמיות של העיר. בשנת 2008 חודשה בניית המלון ובשנת 2011 היא הושלמה. באותה שנה עקף אותו מלון ריץ' קרלטון במגדל ICC בהונג קונג המתנשא לגובה של 484 מטר מעל פני האדמה.
