Ariamnes (Grieks: Ἀριάμνης) was van 280 v.C tot 262 v.C koning van Kappadosië. Hy het sy pa, Ariarathes II, opgevolg. Ariamnes was baie lief vir sy kinders en het sy kroon met sy seun Ariarathes III gedeel terwyl hy nog gelewe het. Hy was waarskynlik die eerste heerser wat onafhanklikheid vir Kappadosië van die Seleukiede-dinastie gekry het.
