马赫迪（阿拉伯语：مهدي mahdī），或译麦赫迪、迈赫迪，意为“导师”，是伊斯兰教教典中记载的将于最后审判日之前7年、9年或者19年降临世间的救世主。
马赫迪的概念在《古兰经》内没有清晰的体现，但是穆罕默德在《圣训》中多次提及。根据回教经典，尔撒（基督教中稱為耶穌）会在最后审判日前再次降临人世，以穆斯林的身份与马赫迪並肩作戰。
伊斯兰教的什叶派和逊尼派都相信马赫迪，但在他的属性和地位上存在很大歧見。逊尼派声称马赫迪还没有诞生。但是什叶派中的十二伊玛目派认为：马赫迪就是第十二任、也是最後一任伊玛目穆罕默德·马赫迪·蒙塔扎尔，他们认为与应许的马赫迪相同。他于869年出生在萨马拉，五岁父亲去世后成为伊玛目，并从众人的视线中消失[1]。什叶派认为馬赫迪会在审判日之前回到、降临世间。
几个世纪以来，有大量的马赫迪宣称者。巴哈伊信仰相信巴孛即为马赫迪，而巴哈欧拉则为回归后的尔撒[2]。
