薑目（学名：Zingiberales）是單子葉植物的一目，本目也叫做美人蕉目。本目常見的植物有香蕉、薑、美人蕉等。
分类

- 薑科 Zingiberaceae：豆蔻、蝴蝶薑、火炬薑、薑三七、薑。
- 芭蕉科 Musaceae：象腿蕉、香蕉、地湧金蓮、台灣芭蕉、紅焰蕉、磚紅蕉、臘紅蕉、橘紅蕉、粉紅蕉。
- 旅人蕉科 Strelitziaceae，別名鶴望蘭科：旅人蕉、天堂鳥花。
- 蘭花蕉科 Lowiaceae：蘭花蕉。
- 赫蕉科 Heliconiaceae，別名蠍尾蕉科：赫蕉屬、蠍尾蕉。
- 閉鞘薑科 Costaceae：閉鞘薑。
- 美人蕉科 Cannaceae，別名曇華科：美人蕉屬。
- 竹芋科 Marantaceae：孔雀竹芋、葛鬱金、紅裏蕉。
