波多黎各建州運動
波多黎各建州運動是一項政治運動，倡導將美國的波多黎各成為美國的一州，以向波多黎各的人提供在國會中的投票權並完全控制當地事務。[1]
2020年11月的公投首次向選民提出了一個簡單的“是”或“否”問題：“波多黎各是否應立即作為一個州加入聯邦？”。 有655,505票贊成（52.52%）和592,671票反對（47.48%）。55%的投票率與同時舉行的2020年州長競选和2016年州長競選的投票率相等。但是美國國會有最終決定權。
