毛岸龍（1927年—1931年），譜名遠智，字岸龙[1]，是毛泽东與楊開慧的第三個兒子。1927年4月4日（另一說2月）在中國湖北武昌出生，1931年後下落不明，可能是因病早夭。
爭議
有關毛岸龍的身世和命運一直都有多種說法，現如今獲較多認同的是中共官方的說法：1931年5月因生病腹瀉，高燒不退，在上海病亡。在毛澤東家族族谱中，他过继给其叔父毛泽民。
也有傳聞稱毛岸龍曾用名為李忠正，後由黃金榮安排養母陸招娣收養，並改名陸進發，長住上海。自稱毛岸龍的陸進發曾於1966年前往北京試圖認親，但未獲當局認可。
