曾鳳韶（1375年—1402年），江西行省吉安府廬陵縣（今江西吉安）人，明朝政治人物。
洪武三十年（1397年），中春榜二甲第十三名进士。建文年间，担任监察御史，并弹劾燕王朱棣驰御道不拜。朱棣称帝时，以御史召见，不赴；后加至侍郎，仍不拜。于是刺血书、并叮嘱妻子勿换衣服，之后自杀，年仅二十九岁。其妻李氏亦上吊自杀[1]。福王时，谥号忠毅[2]。
- ^ 《国朝典故》（卷40）：曾鳳韶，吉安府廬陵人。洪武末年進士。高皇帝升遐後為監察御史。時藩王入覲，有馳皇道入且不糾者。鳳韶時侍班，有「殿上宜展君臣之禮，宮中乃敘叔侄之倫」之言，聞者駭愕。靖難師起，議遣使致書，請罷兵歸國。無敢行者，鳳韶獨請。行至軍前，不納。取竹通節入書，鼓風達之，亦不報。既而歸第。文廟即位，嘉其直，復以御史召，不赴。尋加侍郎召，又不赴。乃刺血書憤詞於襟，其略曰：「予生居廬陵，素負骨鯁，一死之得宜，可以含笑於地下而不愧吾天祥矣。」囑其妻李氏、子公望勿易衣，遂自殺。時年二十有九。李氏亦死於節云。
