南安寺塔位于中国河北省蔚县城内南门西侧，2001年被列为第五批全国重点文物保护单位。
南安寺已毁于明初，仅存寺塔，据现存塔的建筑风格和特点分析，当为辽代遗物。南安寺塔为八角十三级实心密檐式砖塔，高32.1米[1]
